In a world where everyone is seeking for love,
very few know how to hold onto it.
I have a hard time with people telling me they love me
because most times it's not
something they mean.

I had a friend who told me everyday that he loved me.
I always hated that he would tell me because I know
someday it would end suddenly,
which is exactly what happened.
Over something trivial, something so stupid he stopped talking
to me.
That little I love you everyday turned quickly into
something else.
I don't understand how you can tell someone you love them...
then walk away so completely.
Am I the only one who can't turn off emotions
so easily?

Sometimes there are those that try to stay in our lives
that we have to actually cut out like a cancer.

The busiest time at the gym is Valentine's Day.
I had to laugh, if you are not in shape for your big day
by now, it is a little too late.

But seriously, there are a lot of people who don't have a significant other.
There are others who take offense to the day being
called Valentine's Day. They want everyone to call it
Single Appreciation Day.
Seriously?

Here is my take on it,
If you don't have a Valentine for the special day...
be your own Valentine.
You are your best other half and really you don't need someone else
to pamper you.

So, make this coming day amazing, whether you are alone or with
a special someone.

For those who love religion, or rather for anyone who
loves spirituality, this one goes out to you.

It is good to wonder and question all the things around us.
Blind faith is the thing that leads to such things as
being controlled or doing things in the name of religion
that are against anything that God or Christ would ever have
one human do to another.
Praise God, but if what you have been taught is to kill others
in the name of religion,
there is a huge problem. God is light and love and would
never ask us to kill random people in his name.

Then when they aren't around anymore,
they can't think of anything else.

Time heals all wounds, but it does not help you forget.

Sometimes its more than you can possibly get past. 

I know, I have been there. 

I suffered from PTSD for years. 

I have been through some really tough times and some really traumatic 

things have passed through my door. 

I thought if I talked about it enough it would work itself out. 

But it didn't. 

I found it hard to get past some things, and even when I thought I dealt with them,

all it took was an event to bring it all up again. 

Other people could trigger something and I would be reliving everything all over again. 

So...I found help. 

I am almost finished with Trauma Conversion Therapy, 

it has changed my life. 

I hope if you are struggling and can't get past something...

find help. 

It does not mean you are weak, it just means you need help to get to the other side of it.

Most times people hurt each other, but they don't realize they are how other take their actions.

Most times when you get hurt, it was something silly that was never meant to hurt you. 

We all need to learn to forgive, realize most things are not personal

and Forgive. 

For those I have hurt unintentionally...please forgive me. 

As my father always said, He is a fool who takes things hurtful when no harm was meant,
