Today is one of reflection, both sweet and sour. 

The days pass by, summer turns to fall, fall into winter, winter into summer. 

It's too bad that our bodies do not cycle around 

like the seasons and we become new again. 

But unfrotunately we get to live with the 

good and the bad, events slide off to memories. 

So today I am bent. I wonder if 

I will ever be the me I use to be.
