 and Jewel has chosen this to highlight her representing country. 

This sleeveless mermaid style gown has a long train,

 features fan like embellishments adorning one hip

 and a larger than life back piece that gives this outfit a pageant flair.

Jewel would like to take the time to publicly thank Hethwen Collinwood 

for his time and talent donated to creating this beautiful gown. 

Jewel got the opportunity to work closely with Heth and personally

 saw the hours of painstaking adjustments that was

 necessary to make this masterpiece.
