This is a subject close to my heart.
I have so many friends and relatives who are in bad
relationship because they see the potential
in someone, but fail to see the reality.
I know, sometimes you can see so much in someone,
more so than they see in themselves.
It can be easy to try to nurture that
when the other person has no interest or intentions
on becoming the person you see.
So they stay in relationships, being abused,
misused, and are miserable.
I can guarentee to each of them
that there is someone on the outside,
seeing them abused and mistreated
and they dream of being the one to treat them better.
I have a niece, and I can talk about this here as none of
my RL life read this...
When she was in high school, at the job she was working
there was a man.
She spoke of this guy as her "stalker".
Always telling us how he would stalk her,
watch her, follow her, ask her out,
and creep her out.
Well she gave into this guy and gave him a "pity" date.
Before you knew it, she was engaged to him.
For the life of me I cannot understand why someone
would marry thier stalker.
He doesn't treat her great and I mourn for the
life she could have had.
Sometimes we fall in love with, accept bad behavior
and go along with someone mistreating us.
It's not ok...and I pray someday we all find someon
who will treat us better.
So, I have this friend who puts everyone she knows under
hilarious names in her phone.
One guy she dated was whinny Ass, and she named her mom
Bitch.
Well she set up her voice mail to say that she was not available...
only thing was, she didn't realize that the phone
would answer with...
Hello Whinny Ass, so and so can't come to the phone
right now....
OMG...would you imagine...
it was her mom that called first!!! Hahahaha
I think we all have one of those guys that we know
that we don't like their girlfriend.
Sometimes we even wanna be that girl...
and feel like we can be a better girl for him.
Well, my bestest friend in RL has finally found
that guy that makes her giddy.
So freakin excited for her.
She can't talk about anything else.
Love seeing her so happy!!
I am not sure about anyone else but I love to hit
the dance floor.
There is something about music that can move even
the hardest hearts, that can move your soul
and compel you to action.
Find a good friend or lover and
hit the dance floor.
Dance like nobody is watching and
enjoy just moving your body.
Hangin' out thinkin' about that guy that really does it
for me.
You know...the guy that everyone is going...why him?
But for you, he just totally does it for ya...
Yea that's who I am thinkin' about.

In the uneasy world that we live in, it's easy to get
caught up in the hate.
When I was growing up my mom taught me that
if someone has issues with you,
no matter what the issue is,
you kill them with kindness.
It worked every time.
I worked with a lady that was talked about
as being the nastiest person that anyone
had ever met.
She was miserable to work with and made everyone
else as miserable as she was.
Never was she asked to take break with anyone or
to join anyone for lunch.
I found out what her favorite chocolate was
and I would leave her chocolates anonymously.
You could tell when she got one because she would smile and
be kind that whole day.
She never knew it was me leaving the candies,
but just in the change of her attitude it was well worth the
dollar it took to buy the candy.
